We work with several mechant account providers including; PayPal, Cardservice International (LinkPoint), Authorize.net, and Verisign. To use the E-Commerce tools, you need to have a merchant account through one of the supported merchant gateways. Of course, you may build a web site and catalog using Bigstep even if you don't have a merchant account at all. To make purchases, however, your customers will need to submit payments offline — for example, via phone, fax, or U.S. mail.
